So last night I went out for a few drinks with some buds, a few drink turn into an back in day all night bender. Jacks and Cokes, pulled pork, pizza, and 3 hours of sleep. I feel like doo doo but already on the right track.
check it, I've been taking Muscle Tech Nitro Tech to get my shake on and I've been on a rigorous routine that in the last 4 weeks I've seen some major improvements both in the way my pants fit and how my shirts are looking on me. I've still got 4 more weeks till my 30th birthday, nothing major planned just a lot of dancing and drinking some water with some Jack here and there.
